I understand peoples aversion to piercings/tats.. but yea thinking it's all dirty and disease ridden is pretty silly.  I've used the same shop for 9 of my 10 piercings now.  They go above and beyond with their safety procedures.  Needles, clips, every peice of equipment is used once then thrown away.  A little research and common sense goes a long way!
