I've been diagnosed with Bell's Palsy =(

I went to the doctor today and I told her my symptoms (head ache, hard to move my facial muscles, and lymph nodes on the back of my neck) so she gave me medication to take. she said if it don't go away to see a neurologist cause i may have M.S.....why can't I just be normal I really pray that this goes away and that it's not M.S...i really don't want to have that...

I had that. One side of my face
was very contorted for about one month; maybe, I don’t remember. I am sue my
doctor never mentioned ms. My understanding was that it would go away and it
did. I have not seen the utube on it but don’t buy into the negative and you
will be fine. “hugs”

yea but i thank God so much that its not as bad as most cases i have seen on youtube. it's scary...their mouth is all twisted and eyes are droppy. mine are not like that. i just pray that it won't ever get like that. hopefully the medication would work and it will just go away. i'm taking steriods and i just got my first side affect (cold sore in my lip =( thank God it's inside though (not noticible) and hopefully it is bell's palsy and not M.S...i'm so confused and scared

I have heard of Bell's Palsy - I hope it can be treated. It has been a while since I have heard anything about it, though.
