I've been pretty much ok with my SA until recently (1-2 years ago). It kind of evolved into a kind of depression and I'm trying to deal with it without medication (been there done that) and it didn't work for me.

I've had it since adolescence and probably before that even at times (was always kind of quiet). Since it evolved into depression, I'm having a harder time. Keep you updated.



We also often add to our pain and suffering by being overly sensitive, over-reacting to minor things, and sometimes taking things too personally.
