Diagnosed with G.A.D.

I don't have panic attacks anymore but I'm not able to function outside my comfort zone, so I'm not able to get a proper job, but that suits me fine because I want to start my own dog walking/sitting business but I'm still lacking the self confidence to take the steps to do it.

I've been to group counseling twice (they only do once a week) and I'm scheduled to undergo more testing to see what else they can do to help me.

I read a lot, like cooking and have a HUGE love of animals.
